Galleries are used to show your photos, portfolios are intended to tell the stories behind them.

Eram offers a gallery that is not offerd by any other theme in terms of flexibility and features. There are 10 main gallery layouts and lots of variations and options for each layout.

A gallery is a collection of photos that are related to each other is a certain way, since a gallery in the WordPress is a custom post type (CPT), WordPress offers the following pages for this CPT:

• Archive Page which lists all galleries

• Taxonomy Page which lists all galleries assigned to a taxonomy term

• Single Gallery Page which displays a gallery.

So lets begin with a creating a gallery.
